4 Roll profile bending machine is curved down four roller bending machine. With profile ends pre bending function, no turn about to complete the profile end pre-bending and work piece roll forming. Feature:
1. Main axle part mounted on the upper part of the 4 Roll profile bending machine, both ends of the bearings adopt self-aligning roller bearings supporting, the main axle position is fixed.
2. The two side rollers adopt self-aligning roller bearing supporting, fixed to the moving frame that arc movement along the central axis, the two roller lift cylinder driven to make the arc movement.
3. The main axle and two side rollers are driving rollers, rotary motion through hydraulic motors, gears, chains, drive main axle and side axle rotary movement. And a unique synchronization mechanism makes the main mode and the side mode line speed is the same when bending different profiles.
4. Rotary sportswear with brakes device to ensure that the workpiece bending and prebending for exact location. The whole roller bending machine has sufficient strength and rigidity, mainly stress parts adopt key parts and pins reliable connection for easy installation and maintenance.
5. In order to bend asymmetric cross-section profiles, both side of the 4 Roll profile bending machine are installed support roller device that can lifting and rotating. Support roller lift and rotation can prevent and correct the curved volume defects of asymmetric cross-section profile.
