The hydraulic profile bending machine is a kind of three roller symmetrical bending machine. It is a special device that can bend various kinds of profiles into circular arc, arc and workpiece. Feature:
1. It is three roller symmetrical bending machinery produced by adopting Swedish company technology. The structure features two fixed lower rolls. The mechanical transmission and the upper roll going up and down belong to hydraulic transmission. There are mechanical rollers on the both sides of the work rolls.
2. This profile bending machine is equipped with an independent operation bench providing convenient operation. Its bed adopts steel plate welded structure and eliminates internal stress through annealing.
3. Three roller symmetrical bending machinery has sufficient strength and stiffness to finish bending profiles within the bending machine capacity.
4. Besides, it can bend angle steel, flat steel, square steel, channel steel, round steel, steel pipe and other profiles.
