Positioner machinery is widely used in welding, clamping and assembly, etc. of complex workpiece. Feature:
1. Wide speed range welding operation speed and good structural rigidity.

3. In the transmission chain of the positioner machinery, there is a one-stage reverse stroke self-locking transmission to prevent the weldment from accident due to gravity when the power source is suddenly cut off.
4. Welded parts of the welding positioner used in conjunction with welding robots and precision welding operations, depending on the size and process of the weldment, its in-place accuracy (point control) and running track accuracy (contour control) are between 0.1 and 2 mm. The highest precision is up to 0.01mm.
5. The return speed is fast, but shock and vibration should be avoided.
6. Good power connection, water connection, gas connection facilities, and heat and ventilation performance.
7. The entire structure of the positioner machinery has good airtightness. Prevent welding spatter damage, such as welding slag, coating, etc. scattered on it. Easy to be removed.
8. The linkage control interface and the corresponding self-protection function centrally control and coordinate actions.
9. Install the baseline on the work surface and install various positioning workpieces and clamping mechanisms.
10. Welding positioner also serves as the impact resistance of the weldment positioner mechanical for assembly. It is equipped with mounting slots for easy strength and impact resistance according to its work surface.
