Cut-to-length line is used to uncoil, level, size and cut the metal coil into a flat sheet of the required length and stack it. Cut to length line machine is suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal materials after surface coating.

This cut-to-length line is mainly for processing cold carbon coil, stainless steel coil, and color metal coil etc, can choose optional 6-high, 4-high, or 2-high level machine according to customer* s request or needs of working plates.
According to customer* s request, the level machine can use rough and precision to straightening, the cut to length line machine can adopt common mechanical electronic, digital frequency , and AC servo technology; Shearing machine can choose options mechanical and hydraulic type, high speed guillotine shearing machine which is droved by electromagnetic or pneumatic clutch, movable catching shear and return flying shearing machine.
