CNC press brake is an electro-hydraulic synchronized double-cylinder CNC bending machine. The bending principle is similar to the angle forming principle of common bending machines. This Hydraulic Press Brake can bend different work pieces according to different angles of moulds. The CNC system controls the electro-hydraulic ratio direction valve. It can realize bending depth full closed-loop digital control through the grating feedback. Digital servo system drags ball screw to reach rear stopper positioning position semi-closed loop digital control through optical encoder disc. In short, it can simply be summed up as a bending machine that controls rear stopper positioning system, block bending depth and automatic compensation for workbench deformation through CNC system. In addition, we also provide hydraulic and tandem press brakes.
Feature:
1. The electronic-hydraulic proportional servo synchronization makes arbitrary point control during stroke. The repeat accuracy can reach ± 0.01 and the parallelism is ± 0.02.
2. This CNC Press Brake is equipped with computer system from Netherlands Delem Company, and imported grating, hydraulic system and servo motor. This Hydraulic Press Brake has good performance and strong unbalance loading capability.
3. The lower workbench adopts deflection compensation cylinder, or the upper mould is equipped with deflection compensation agency or the lower workbench is installed with manual or automatic deflection compensation device.
4. When the rack eliminates stress, the whole machine finishes single clamping processing. CNC press brake is featured with small geometric tolerance and high precision.
5. Slide stroke (Y, Y2) and back gauge (X, R, Z) are controlled by computer. The back gauge adopts ball screw and rolling guide with high repeat accuracy. Our company can specially design seven-axis CNC machine, robot or board flexible machining centers, and so on.
