Feature:

1. Open tilting press adopts rigid transfer key clutch, which has simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and adopts helical gear transmission, which is stable in operation and small in impact.

2. The 80T tonnage press adopts the pneumatic double balance cylinder structure, the balance force fluctuation is small, balances the weight of the slider and the upper mold, and avoids the shaking of the machine tool caused by the above weight.

3. Open type tilting power press can prevent the impact and noise caused by the reverse force of the gear in the transmission, can eliminate the gap between the connecting rod and the slider, and reduce the impact and wear of the stressed parts.

4. Open tilting press can prevent accidents caused by the falling of the slider when the brake is broken or the connecting rod is broken.
