The hydraulic ironworker is a sheet metal and profile processing equipment that integrates multiple functions. Ironworker machine is widely used in steel structure processing, storage shelves, high voltage wire towers, telecommunication towers, street lamps, advertising signs, elevators, ventilation pipes.
Feature:
1. Adopt hydraulic transmission, the whole hydraulic ironworker is reasonable in structure, light in weight, low in noise, light and reliable, and has overload performance.
2. The Ironworker machine is equipped with punching station, channel steel and angle steel shearing station, thick plate shearing station, round steel and square steel cutting station, and chamfering station. Optional punching large holes, sheet bending, channel steel punching, blinds and pipe corners and other accessories.
3. Standard equipped with five stations and dual hydraulic workstations. Can work independently at the same time. The hydraulic ironworker does not require any horizontal adjustment and can be used after being placed in position. An optional CNC control system is available to increase automated punching and shear efficiency.
4. The whole frame of the ironworker machine is welded and treated by high temperature quenching, so that the frame has high rigidity and high strength; the tool is treated by special vacuum high temperature to prolong its service life.
5. Hydraulic ironworker with the pipe cutting die, the pipe can be cut and the groove is opened, the efficiency is high, the cost is saved, and the cut surface is beautiful.
