Double Action Stretching

The double-acting hydraulic press has low energy consumption, high efficiency and novel style. Double action stretching press is equipped with safety protection device, automatic counting function and two-stage speed control of movable beam: fast no-load, slow-moving formwork and stretching. The master cylinder and the pressure cylinder have the lower limit protection, and the upper and lower limit stroke positions are simple, convenient and quick.

Feature:

1. Double-acting hydraulic press is mainly used for thin plate stretching, bending, forming and other processes, and can also be used for plastic pressing, cold extrusion bending, forming correction and press fitting. The double-acting hydraulic press's crimping cylinder can be used as a buffer device, and Double action stretching press can also be used for blanking and punching. The working pressure of each chamber can be adjusted separately under the pressure set by the system. In order to ensure the quality of the drawing and crimping, a pressure maintaining system for the crimping cylinder is added.

2. The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke of the double-acting hydraulic press can be adjusted within the specified range as required.

3. The double-acting hydraulic press has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts centralized control of buttons, which can realize three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. In the semi-automatic and automatic operation mode, Double action stretching press can be divided into three working states: the ejection cylinder does not eject, the positive stretching and the reverse stretching, and the two pressing modes of constant pressure and fixed stroke can be realized.
