Closed presses are a common type of pressure concentration. They are mainly a compact and versatile press. Generally, closed single point press has the characteristics of wide application and high production efficiency. The single point press machine can be widely used in cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming processes. The metal is plastically deformed and broken by applying a strong pressure to the metal blank to form a part.
Feature:
1. Four-column straight wall frame with small deformation and suitable for precision continuous die machining.
2. The double crankshaft reverse drive and anti-offset guide rail are used to improve the anti-offset capability of the machine tool;
3. The slider adopts four-corner and eight-sided long guide rails with good guidance and high precision for the single point press machine.
4. Closed single point press adopt high-torque wet friction clutch, stable operation, low noise, long service life, safe and reliable.
5. Electric mode adjustment, the reading is accurate to 0.1mm.
6. Centralized lubrication with cycle indicator.
