Closed presses are a common type of pressure concentration. They are mainly a compact and versatile press. Generally, closed double point press has the characteristics of wide application and high production efficiency. The double point press machine can be widely used in cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming processes. The metal is plastically deformed and broken by applying a strong pressure to the metal blank to form a part.
Feature:
1. All-steel welded split fuselage, which is pre-tightened by four tensioning bolts from the base, column and beam. The beam and the slider are connected by guide pillar guide.
2. Eccentric gear shaft structure, large stroke of the slider and strong carrying capacity;
3. Four-corner super-long guide rail guide to ensure running accuracy of the double point press machine;
4. Dry pneumatic split clutch and brake, combined with large braking torque, long life, low noise and convenient maintenance the closed double point press;
5. Hydraulic overload protection device, overload automatic emergency stop, protect the safety of presses and molds;
6. Double point press machine has thin oil automatic lubrication system with oil circuit alarm function;
7. PLC electrical centralized control, with emergency stop, inching, single, continuous operation specifications;
8. Mounting height is electrically adjusted, digital display.
9. Closed double point press can be equipped with tonnage meter, upper mold clamp, AC frequency conversion speed regulation, air cushion (can increase the air cushion stroke adjustment and lock function) and other equipment as needed.
