The band sawing machine is a machine tool that cuts metal rounds, squares, tubes and profiles by using saws or saw blades as tools. The processing precision of the band saw machine is generally not very high, and it is often used in the stock preparation workshop to cut off various profiles such as bar stock and pipe material. The driving wheel and the driven wheel drive the saw blade to operate, and the cutting direction of the saw blade is controlled by the guide rail control frame. The band saw blade is adjusted and straightened by adjusting the rotation bearing to sweep the saw through the sweeper. The control rod of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod supports the guide rail to fall into the saw and cut off the material, and the band saw bed is equipped with a manual or hydraulic cylinder clamp locking mechanism, and a hydraulically operated valve switch.
