Longitudinal Seam Welder

Longitudinal seam automatic welder can be used for high quality welding of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, and can choose argon arc welding (filled or unfilled), gas metal arc welding (CO2/MIG) /MAG), plasma welding, submerged arc welding and other welding power supplies form a set of longitudinal seam automatic welding system. The Longitudinal seam welder can be widely used in steel structures, shipyards, automobiles, thin-walled pressure vessels, auto parts, household appliances, medical machinery, building decoration, food machinery and other manufacturing industries where longitudinal seam welding is required.

Longitudinal Seam Automatic Welder Features:

1. The longitudinal seam welder mainframe adopts a cantilever structure, and the two cantilever beams are annealed after stress treatment to ensure that the beam does not deform for a long time;

2. Pneumatic piano key compression structure, closely arranged along both sides of the straight seam, to ensure that the butt weld is evenly pressed within the entire welding length; the spacing of the left and right key pressure fingers can be adjusted to adapt to the welding of different work pieces;

3. According to the thickness dimension of the work piece, airbag type or cylinder type can be adopted to ensure sufficient pressing force to prevent thermal deformation during welding;

4. The longitudinal seam welder welding mandrel is inlaid with a copper tire tool to provide the weld back gas protection function; according to the barrel or flat work piece processing different welding process grooves, to achieve single-sided welding double-sided molding;

5. The distance between the welding mandrel and the key pressing finger can be adjusted to meet the welding requirements of different work pieces of the longitudinal seam automatic welder;

6. The welding torch is driven by DC servo motor, gear rack and pinion, the track surface is ground and processed, the walking is stable, and the welding is stable and reliable.

7. All the air pipes and cables are placed in the towline, and the appearance is neat and beautiful, while avoiding cable breakage.
